Spiritual direction is truly a three-part companionship amongst the director, the person seeking direction, and the Divine, all within a safe, sacred space. I consider it a joy to be involved in this companionship, and I am honored to “hold” the stories of those who sit with me.
 

I have had several roles throughout my life including being an RN, a mother, a wife, an educator, and a caregiver to those with special needs. After returning to college to receive my BS in Applied Leadership, I worked in the non-profit sector in organizations that helped those within at-risk communities.

My spiritual director training is in both the Ignatian and the contemplative methods of direction.  I received my certification from Lipscomb University, and I am a member of Spiritual Directors International. I am currently working toward my masters in Christian Spiritual Formation and Leadership at Friends University.
